I've decided to post Caravan every two weeks so that you get more juicy links to devour, instead of the little bits I pull together each week. I haven't been scouring the web as much - trying to cut back on blog reading, Facebook, all that jazz. I feel like there's a lot of noise in my head and I need a bit of silence to cultivate my own voice.
Some things I've been up to:
♥ Still working on the 90-day novel. For the past three weeks I've been playing with characters, plotting, and discovering the core of the story. This week I started writing the first draft (scary!). I have a lot of notes, random scenes, and only a vague idea of where it's all going, but as long as I have a little light for the path I should be able to eek something out.
♥ I've incorporated meditation into my daily routine, and although I've only practiced for two weeks, I can already sense a shift in mindset. I can't wait to see how I feel a two more weeks from now.
♥ I'm so, so excited about Living Poetry going out into the world! I can't wait until we all come together for a month of inspiration and poetic living :)
